We'll target core strength and balance so you can fly for the first time, or keep flying with more precision and stability.

The secret to getting stronger and calmer? Slow it down. Many times we rush through our vinyasas without receiving the strength-building and breath-awareness benefits that come from holding poses. Find the balance between stillness and movement with this slow flow class and meditation practice. You’ll move through the Sun Salutations piece by piece to engage your muscles and calm your mind, allowing you to be in the present moment.
